Cohocton, N.Y., September 2009 – OSHA will be investigating a crane collapse at a wind power project that injured its operator. The crane was one of two being operated on the project for wind turbine repair work. A town code enforcement officer said the crane was being dismantled and readied to move at the time of the accident.
