Lombardi Lift recently gave the first demonstration of the Lombardi Lift prototype.

The Lombardi Lift attaches to an aerial boom in place of a standard work platform and offers the same functionality as a common platform, but also provides unique capabilities that allow greater accessibility and create a safer work environment.

The Lombardi Lift achieves greater accessibility because it can be configured into L, U, and wrap-around shapes that provide up to 360° access to vertical structures such as poles and chimneys.

The platform can adjust to match various structure widths and depths, and also move vertically up and down the structure.

Simultaneously accessing two or more sides of a structure with the Lombardi Lift minimizes the need to re-position the boom lift's base during a job.

Donald Lombardi designed and patented the product in 2007. He holds two additional two U.S. patents and one Canadian patent for this design.

The prototype was constructed at Diversified Product Development, an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in heavy industrial equipment.

Lombardi & Son Masonry, LLC is a third-generation company specializing in brick and stone restoration and repairs.
