The ALL Family of Companies has promoted three dedicated long-term employees to managerial positions.
Jude Stankov, a 21-year ALL employee, has been appointed general manager of ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, which serves Mobile and surrounding areas, and which recently moved to a new, larger location to better serve customers.
Stankov started at ALL’s Cleveland yard in 1995. He eventually became a crawler crane fleet administrator, handling the complex task of coordinating the multiple truckloads needed to transport a crawler crane to job sites. As the new GM in Mobile, he will supervise all personnel and activities, including sales and rental, maintenance and service, dispatch, and equipment operators and drivers.
Joshua Bacci has been appointed general manager of ALT Sales Corp. ALT is the boom-truck division of the ALL Family of Companies. It handles sales and service for the company’s large fleet of boom truck cranes and related equipment used in industries as diverse as power and utilities, tree and forestry, construction, sign installation, roofing, painting, and more.
Bacci has served the company since 2006 in a variety of positions including rigger, oiler, assistant operations manager, and most recently, crawler crane fleet administrator.
Kristi Hesselbart has been appointed operations manager of the company’s Central Rent-A-Crane branch in Elkhart, Ind.
Hesselbart has been with ALL for 18 years, starting as a billing clerk and moving up to contracts administration and accounts receivable. In her new role, she supervises dispatch, billing, and other operations-related functions. Hesselbart was one of the first employees hired at Central’s Elkhart branch, which opened in 1999. Central Rent-A-Crane has four locations in Indiana, including Elkhart, Hammond, Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis, the company’s 38th branch in North America.
