Case Construction Equipment now offers the 4-in-1 Systemgard Fluid Analysis Kit, a preventive maintenance tool that provides a picture of fluid and internal system conditions without having to dissemble a machine.
Systemgard monitors system cleanliness and filtration efficiency, which helps extend the life of the machine, reduce replacement costs, and ensure equipment reliability.
The kit contains tests to analyze engine oil, coolant, transmission/hydraulic oil, and diesel fuel.
The state-of-the-art fluid analysis identifies dirt, wear particles, fuel dilution, and coolant contaminants that can cause catastrophic failure or shorten equipment life. The testing and analysis tools included in the kit help keep equipment up and running efficiently. The kit also enables sampling histories that justify higher equipment resale values.
Systemgard labs are accredited to ISO 17025 A2LA--the highest level a testing lab can reach. Each test report provides severity codes and troubleshooting recommendations, and severe findings are communicated immediately via e-mail or fax.
