Fredericks Unveils New Dual-Axis Tilt Switch | Construction News

The Fredericks Company, an industry-leading innovator and manufacturer of tilt- and vacuum-measurement products, has expanded its line of tilt switches with a new programmable dual-axis tilt switch.

The 0729-1763-XX uses Fredericks’ TrueTilt sensors and four adjustable output relays. Compact structure and economic design make this tilt switch an effective solution for applications including level measurement for construction and agricultural vehicles and machinery, among many others.

Versatile and easily integrated, the 0729-1763-XX is built for industrial-positioning and angle-switching applications. It maintains high accuracy, resolution, and repeatability.  The robust plastic or metal casing provides excellent durability and environmental endurance, which contribute to superior tolerances and long life.

The 0729-1763-XX also minimizes power consumption and drift over the its lifetime, especially compared to MEMS technology. The Fredericks Company’s tilt-measurement products are all manufactured in the U.S. and engineered to outperform and outlast competing technology.

Like all Fredericks solutions, this new unit has no planned obsolescence and is easy to integrate with other products and systems to serve a wide variety of industries.
