HAWE Hydraulics has established a new service division - HAWE Service Solutions (HSS), which opens pathways for a service partnering program.
Hawe announced both the new division and the service partnering program during its recent North American partner meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
HSS offers an extensive range of services, including startup support (even on non-Hawe systems), data acquisition, on-site trouble shooting, and breakdown rush delivery processes.
The new program lets Hawe team up with authorized partners who provide some of the same comprehensive services as it does. Every HSS Authorized Partner will meet a specific criteria to ensure the highest levels of quality and support are met.
Companies that participate in the program also reap the benefits of specialized training, recognition on HSS material, and increased sales. The program ensures that Hawe partners have the right training and resources to distinguish themselves in their local market.
