Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company, has hired Tim Gerbus as director of sales. Gerbus brings 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive leadership to the manufacturer of service vehicles, cranes, hydraulic loaders, and air compressors.
Gerbus will direct the IMT sales team while working to further strengthen the IMT's distributor network, customer service, and aftermarket support. He will also be responsible for product management and business development.

Gerbus spent the first 17 years of his career with Moxy Trucks of America, Inc., where he held leadership roles including sales manager, director of dealer development and president. While with the importer of articulated dump trucks, Gerbus developed and managed an extensive dealer network with more than 150 branches throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Since then, Gerbus has served in sales, marketing, and executive leadership positions for fabrication, service, and building supply companies. Most recently, he was director of dealer development for Ohio-based FINN Equipment, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment for the erosion control industry.

Gerbus holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
