Straightpoint, a leading supplier of load-link load cells, dynamometers, load shackles, cabled or wireless telemetry, crane scales, and center-of-gravity and data-logging systems, recently hired Aaron Orsak as a technical sales engineer.
Orsak’s previous experience includes having worked for Straightpoint distributor Bishop Lifting Products Inc., and with Certex USA. He has worked with Straightpoint products since 2008.
Among Orsak’s first duties at Straightpoint was representing the company at the Offshore Technology Conference 2015 (OTC) in Houston, Texas, earlier this May, along with Straightpoint Director David Ayling and John Molidor, general manager of the company’s North American subsidiary in Camarillo, Calif.
Ayling said: “Aaron is incredibly well known and respected in the industry, and OTC proved that we have acquired the right man to work with John to achieve our goals.”
After the show, Ayling, Molidor and Orsak staged nine training workshops in the surrounding area.
