Manitex to Display at ConExpo

Manitex International Inc., Bridgeview, Ill., announced the details of its participation at ConExpo 2011.

The company’s 11,000 square-foot display will be in the Gold Lot at Booth 260 for the duration of the show, and will feature the largest-ever collaborative display among its four North American based manufacturing divisions: Manitex Inc., Georgetown, Texas; Manitex Liftking, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada; Manitex Load King, Elk Point, S.D.; and Badger Equipment Co., Winona, Minn.

Manitex will debut the newest member of the 50-ton family, the 50128S with 128 feet (39 meters) of powered boom, providing an intermediate boom length attractive to the general construction market. It is configured with ROCSolid radio outrigger controls, ACCUSwing controls and optional auxiliary winch.

Manitex will also display its newest entry to the sign-crane market, the SC-130. It provides 130 feet (39.6 meters) of working height, a permanently installed rotating personnel basket and a 2-ton lifting capability. The machine is controlled via radio remote and provides an attractive working height to cost ratio.

Also on display: Manitex’s 50155S and 50110SHL truck-mounted cranes; Liftking’s Noble RC60 rough-terrain forklift; Loadking’s Hydraulic Folding Gooseneck trailer; and Badger’s CD4430 cab-down crane.
