Six Unstoppable Players, One Unbeatable Team

Genie created a whole new facade for the The National WWII Museum in New Orleans during the 2015 Rental Show last week. In fact, the facade was 100 ft. tall, 3D, and very blue.

Promoting the completion of its six-unit Genie GTH-telehandler product family, Genie and The Production Network, (Genie’s event producer) collaborated with Go2 Productions of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to create a specialized and astounding “projection mapping” animation.

The three-minute video was projected on the seven-story wall of The National WWII Museum’s US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center during the Genie customer appreciation party held on Monday night. The architecture of the Museum and the material of the wall lent itself exceptionally well to the 3-dimensional projection.

Taking four artists a total of 750 hours, the custom animation took only three weeks to complete. Genie’s 450 party attendees were excited and impressed by the towering  blue display, which emphasized Genie’s strength in the telehandler market.
