Tadano America has hired Bob Krause and Todd Elkins as regional business managers.

Krause is the new business for the company's Midwest region, and Elkins is the new business manager for the South region. Both report to Ken Butz, general manager of sales.

Krause
“Tadano is excited to have Bob join our sales team,” Butz said. “Bob’s experience in and knowledge of the crane industry and his years of experience in the Midwest bring immediate value to our business and customers.”

Most recently, Krause was a sales representative for equipment dealer Hayden-Murphy Equipment. Before that, he was a regional account manager/business manager for Manitowoc Cranes.

“I am looking forward to being a part of Tadano’s growing presence in North America,“ Krause said. “Tadano has a reputation as a great crane manufacturer of the highest quality crane products on the market today. I look forward to working with the Tadano America team to continue to develop the Midwest markets.“

A graduate of Lakeshore Technical College, Krause lives in Reedsville, Wis.

Elkins
“We are pleased to have Todd join the Tadano sales team,” said Ken Butz. “Todd is a seasoned crane industry professional whose knowledge and experience brings strong expertise to Tadano.”

Before joining Tadano America, Elkins was territory manager for H&E Equipment Service. He previously was a regional business manager for Manitex Cranes.

“I am looking forward to the opportunity to be a part of Tadano’s team,“ Elkins said. “Tadano has a great reputation for manufacturing high quality crane products and I look forward to helping them grow and expand their business in the South region.“
