Tanfield Shareholders Vote to Sell Snorkel to Xtreme Mfg. | Construction News

Tanfield plc, parent company of powered access manufacturer Snorkel, reports that its shareholders voted on Oct. 7, 2013, to sell the Snorkel division to Xtreme Manufacturing, Las Vegas, Nev., under the phased-sale agreement announced in September. (See related news item.)

According to Tanfield, the remaining conditions that need to be met before closing the sale are progressing well, and the company plans to complete the transaction as soon as practicable.
