Worker Burned when Aerial Lift Touches Power Line | Construction News

One construction worker was burned and 800 utility customers lost power when an elevated boom lift touched a power line in Terre Haute, Ind. 

Two men were in the lift working on a roof when the lift’s platform touched the power line. One was burned; the other was unharmed. Firemen lowered the platform to the ground and took the injured worker to a hospital. His condition was not released. www.tribstar.com
