The SAF-T Conference Webinar Series will in 2014 with several focused topics on jobsite and aerial lift safety, standards and regulations, and technology. The first presentation in the series will take place, Thurs., July 17 at 2 pm EST. The session, "Top 10 Safety Tips for Operating Lifts on the Jobsite," will be presented by Scott Owyen, global training manager for Terex Aerial Work Platforms.

Hirschmann Collaborates with Engineering Students on Crane Model

Over the past year, Hirschmann MCS has collaborated with the engineering department at Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg (PSU) to design an interactive crane model equipped with the new PAT-B5 line of wireless sensors and vSCALE D2 console from Hirschmann MCS.

Genie made a significant addition to its product line-up today by introducing its first entirely new compact, lightweight electric Z-boom lift at the APEX tradeshow in The Netherlands.

Designed for indoor and outdoor maintenance applications, the new Genie Z-33/18 boom lift is well-suited to tasks on sensitive surfaces where space is restricted. Genie is displaying the new lift on stand 350 & 450.
