Magni Delivers First 167’ Rotating Telehandler in U.S.

Magni America recently delivered the first RTH 6.51 rotating telehandler in the United States to Adams European Contracting, Brooklyn, New York.

The RTH 6.51 is the highest lifting rotating telehandler in the world, with a maximum lifting height of 167 ft. The 6.51 offers a maximum lifting capacity of 13,200 lbs. and maximum horizontal reach of 113 ft.

With the purchase of the RTH 6.51, Adams European Contracting now owns six Magni rotating telehandlers.

TireSocks Launches FaceSocks

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, TireSocks Inc. has launched FaceSocks, to help meet industry’s need for effective and comfortable face coverings.

The Englewood, Colorado, company is well known for designing and manufacturing tire covers that help prevent scuffing, absorbent pads that soak up fluid leaks, and many other products for the access and material handling industries.

TireSocks has repurposed part of its manufacturing facility to produce FaceSocks, the newest addition to the company’s product line. 

Eberhart Capital Buys Barrett’s Equipment, Englewood, Fla.

Private equity company Eberhart Capital LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona, recently bought Barrett’s Equipment, Englewood, Florida., from founder and owner Joe Barrett.

The Barrett buy was Eberhart’s second purchase of an equipment-rental company in Florida this year.

“Florida is an attractive place to invest because of its pro-business attitude and continuing economic growth,” said Dan Eberhart, managing director of Eberhart Capital.
