UK rental company Advanced Access Platforms has added two Snorkel SL30SL Speed Levels to its rental fleet.

The order for the units was placed with Snorkel UK’s Linda Betts, by Advanced Access Platforms owner, John Corcoran at Vertikal Days 2016, following a demonstration at the show.

Advanced Access Platforms has two depots in Sutton in the South of London and runs a fleet of more than 600 units. Focused exclusively on providing safe access solutions to their customers across the UK and beyond, Advanced Access Platforms is also an IPAF registered training provider, and offers free on-site surveys to ensure the selection of the correct equipment for the job.

Alec Ullmer, national sales manager for Advanced Access, said, “We were impressed by the versatility of the Speed Level with its self-levelling platform and all-terrain capabilities.  The fact that it is able to work on uneven surfaces and slopes without the need for outriggers is a great concept, and we are pleased to be able to offer this to our customers.  I’m confident that they will be in high demand and will be a great addition to our fleet.”

Andrew Fishburn, divisional managing director for Snorkel UK, added, “The Speed Level is a fantastic lift which can be a real workhorse for rental companies.  We know from experience that when a customer tries it, they’ll want to keep hiring it – there are just so many uses for this machine on a job site.  We are thrilled that Advanced Access have taken the decision to add the Speed Level to their fleet.”

The Speed Levels have been delivered to Advanced Access and will be deployed in their rental fleet immediately.
