Debbie Dickinson has 15 years of executive leadership experience and senior staff responsibility for nationally recognized, accredited certifications; business growth; government and private sector interface for national and international applications. Currently, she is the executive director for Crane Institute Certification (CIC). Her responsibilities include serving as liaison and coach for the CIC Governing Committee, Advisory Board and board of Directors; working directly with OSHA directorate & officials, senate & congress members, and the department of labor. She also works with state councils and licensing boards; organizing and overseeing work that results in increased safety and fewer accidents and injuries. Dickinson is the spokesperson for CIC and main point of contact with the testing partner, as well as oversees organizational compliance to accreditation standards; OSHA regulations and ASME standards. She acts as the key contact for CIC in affiliated organizations – ACRP (Association of Crane & Rigging Professionals); NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies); SC&RA (Specialized Crane & Rigging Association); ANSI (American National Standards) membership; TAUC (The Association of Union Constructors); and CAWV (Contractors Association of West Virginia.
