Haulotte North America has hired Steve Watts as its new vice president of sales for aerial work platforms.
Watts joins the company from Snorkel, where he most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing, and previously had been vice president of distribution development.
Watts will apply more than 30 years of experience in the construction equipment industry as he leads Haulotte's North American sales team in developing and strengthening its distribution program.
Watts reports directly to Claude Fuger, Haulotte's general manager for North America.

Watts will be based in Haulotte North America's recently opened headquarters in Virginia Beach, Va.
The 84,000-sq.-ft. facility is the central hub for North America AWP corporate offices, product and parts distribution, and all in-house customer care activities.
Haulotte designs and manufactures its light-weight trailer-mounted boom lifts, light-weight self-propelled boom lifts, and selected models of electric scissor lifts and telescopic boom lifts at its 300,000-sq.-ft. factory in Archbold, Ohio. The company produces its other aerial products in France, Romania, and China.
The company has recently reported record sales and rapid market growth.
