JLG Appoints Two New Vice Presidents

JLG Industries Inc., McConnellsburg, Pa., is realigning its sales, market development, and customer support leadership roles to enable an increased focus on the markets it serves.

Tim Morris has been appointed senior vice president of sales, market development, and customer support for the Americas, assuming responsibility for North, Central, and South America.  Morris joined JLG in 1992, and has held multiple management positions in various geographic regions.

Rick Alton has been appointed vice president of international sales, market development, and customer support, assuming responsibility for EAME, Asia, and Australia.  Alton began his career in 1997, and has also held multiple management positions in the organization.

“The access business is expanding geographically and in complexity,” said Wilson Jones, executive vice president of Oshkosh Corp., and president of Access Equipment and JLG Industries.  “The JLG Reaching Out program philosophy, to make sure every customer gets the highest standard of product and services, has enabled us to lead the way in markets around the world. This new structure will allow JLG to better implement market-appropriate strategies in these regions that are in varying stages of development. Tim and Rick have demonstrated their ability to successfully develop strong customer relationships and drive strategic initiatives globally.
