Level Developments Introduces CANbus Inclinometers | Construction News

Level Developments has released its new MAS-2 and MAS-360 inclinometers with CAN J1939 interface featuring a dual-axis range of ±15° to ±60° and a single-axis range of ±180° for OEM requirements.

Both sensors feature onboard temperature compensation and accuracy to ±0.1°, as well as redundant inclination elements.

Both sensors are packaged in a machined anodized aluminum housing with a Deutsch connector and are rated to IP67/IP69K.

They are used in industrial, agricultural, and construction applications, and are individually calibrated to minimize non-linearity, cross-axis, and temperature errors.

Their programmable digital filtering reduces the effects of machine vibration.

Level Developments' automated calibration system and compensation algorithms produce a high performance sensor with OEM volume pricing from about $50.
