Lift and Access LLEAP Winners Receive Awards

After recently being named winners of Lift and Access magazine’s annual Leadership in Lifting Equipment and Aerial Platforms (LLEAP) Awards, recipients of the awards have been recognized with award trophies. Guy Ramsey, Lift and Access publisher, recently visited Liebherr in Houston, Texas, to deliver the company’s Gold award in the crane category. Ramsey also named award winners at a reception at the magazine’s annual Equipment Showcase, recently held in Chandler, Ariz.

“This year’s event was the biggest ever and the quality of the products and participating companies grows,” Ramsey said. “Also, the votes were clo ser than ever, demonstrating just how competitive everyone has become in the quest to keep the industry moving forward.”

The LLEAP Awards are intended to recognize products, accessories, or design concepts that are considered innovative or have advanced the state of the lifting equipment industry. The Platinum winners for the fourth annual LLEAP Awards were Waco, Texas-based Manitou for its MHT Series telehandlers and La Farlede, France-based Made-SA for its Sky Mx power line detection system.

In addition to the top overall winners, one Gold and one Silver winner were selected in each category. Click here for more coverage of the LLEAP Awards.
