Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable Turns 30 | Industry News

The Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable (NWIBRT) has reached its 30th anniversary. The organization is northwestern Indiana’s largest association of owners, contractors, and subcontractors.

The group is committed to the improvement of construction and maintenance projects in Northwest Indiana.

Its main objectives are to promote safety, quality, and cost-effective solutions to challenge-faced owners, contractors, and labor in the region.

Through partnerships and collaborative events among its members, many of whom are leaders from the region’s largest companies, NWIBRT has produced a significant impact on the local economy and worked to continually improve safety for thousands of construction and maintenance employees in the area.

In a news release, NWIBRT says that the organization's efforts, along with those of its individual members, have helped dramatically reduce the incidence rate of OSHA recordable injuries in the area over the past three decades.

“NWIBRT is an exceptional group of people, all of whom are committed to safety in the workplace and together they create a wealth of educational opportunities for members,” said Don Bull, chairman of NWIBRT.
