Skyjack Names New President

Linamar Corp., Guelph, Ontario, announced that Ken Myers has been appointed as Skyjack's president, effective yesterday. Myers previously held the group president post for the Powertrain division of Linamar’s automotive manufacturing sector. Prior to joining Linamar, Myers worked for Arvin Meritor Inc., Troy, Mich., a manufacturer of automotive components for the passenger car and trucking industry. He has also served as general manager of Roof Systems, as well as general manager of Worldwide Stopping Systems and director of worldwide procurement.

Myers holds a bachelor of science degree and bachelor of business administration degree, both from the University Of Windsor, Ontario. He also earned a masters of engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich.
