TWG Brands Launch New Products at ConExpo

Hosting two booths to showcase its branded products, TWG Brands, Tulsa, Okla., will launch several new products at ConExpo 2011. Crane-oriented products and technology systems will be located outside in the Gold Lot and will feature Tulsa Winch, Lantec, Greer, and Gear Products. Inside the South Hall the company will feature Pullmaster, DP, and Gear Products.

TWG will feature the Greer Element and the Insight. They are the only electronic monitoring displays to offer multiple screens, multiple language options, and imperial-to-metric conversions at the touch of a button, according to the company.

The Element offers true VGA graphics to view real-time information and access to work area definition, crane configuration, diagnostic gauge readings, and other critical data from crane sensors. As more crane sensors are added, the system is engineered to expand its capability and intuitive functionality.

The Insight is specifically designed for boom trucks and offers multi-language capabilities and imperial-to-metric changeability.  It can be mounted inside or outside the cab. Visitors are encouraged to view the new Greer Element and Insight outfitted on crane equipment and boom trucks at the Terex booth.

TWG’s outdoor booth will showcase the company’s newest line of products, including hydraulic winches, hydraulic pump drives, slewing ring bearings and rotators specifically designed for the crane industry.

TWG’s TractorMax 100 is the latest hydraulic winch to join the brand’s family of hydraulic and worm gear winches, hoists, swing drives, speed reducers and gearing accessories for the infrastructure, energy and recovery industries.  With a 100,000–pound line pull and hydraulically released drum clutch, the TractorMax 100 offers superior load control and smooth operation.

The Tulsa Winch 800H industrial hoist offers 8,000 pounds of line pull with multiple motor sizes and gear ratios for optimal application flexibility and versatility.  Mid-priced and API-rated, the 800H is ideal for onshore and offshore hoisting applications.

Tulsa Winch also offers a new planetary reducer series from 40,000 to 250,000 in./lb. intermittent operation, including the model 250PR, that offers reduced weight and size with easier servicing; quiet, compact and proven high-efficiency design; and ultimate flexibility to meet application needs.
