One municipal worker was injured critically and another seriously when a tractor-trailer truck crashed into their elevated aerial work platform while they were hanging holiday decorations in New York City. The two men were working at about 1:30 a.m. when the truck ran into the platform. The collision smashed the aerial platform and tossed the men out of the basket and onto the ground.
