Volvo Rents Opens Facility Devastated by Tornado

Volvo Rents announces it has opened one of its facilities that was damaged by a tornado. The business, Arizona Equipment Rentals, was acquired by Volvo Rents in February—only a few months after the facility was devastated by the storm.

The construction equipment rental center has relocated to a new 15,000-square-foot facility specifically built for Volvo Rents in Eloy, Ariz.

“We are proud of the opening of this new store as we continue to grow our business in this exciting growth region," said Michael Crouch, vice president of business development for Volvo Rents, noting that the business continued to operate without a roof overhead since the devastating storm essentially leveled the building last August.

“We refused to let the storm keep us from servicing our customers,” he added. “We knew it would be challenging, but we survived. So did our business and our loyal customer base.”
