Bailey Adds Brandon Lite Crane to Product Line

Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials' new Brandon Lite is a battery-powered pick-and-carry hoist truck that is great for indoor projects where emissions can be a concern.

It can be fitted in multiple configurations with various options including a winch, a pipe and beam handler, forks, jib, and glass manipulator, to name a few.

At just 34.5 in. wide, the Brandon Lite can easily travel through single doorways, and at only 4,300 lbs. can travel on most elevators.

Link-Belt’s Cranes Respond to Challenging Environments

Alongside it’s rough terrain cranes US manufacturer Link-Belt was demonstrating its TCC-1400 telecrawler and introducing the HTT86110 telescopic truck crane at Bauma 11- 17 April, Messe Munich.

The 127t, (140USt) TCC-1400 has the longest boom length for a telecrawler in this tonnage class. A six-section power, pin and latch boom measures 59.5m (195ft 5in) and an on-board three-piece bi-fold lattice fly gives the crane a maximum tip height of 78.9m (259ft).

Lift and Access magazine has announced the innovative new products recognized as the top scorers in its Leadership in Lifting Equipment and Aerial Platforms (LLEAP) competition for 2014.

Now in their ninth year, the LLEAP Awards continue to bring well-deserved recognition to products that are new, innovative, and elevate the mobile access and lifting industry’s performance and safety.

This year’s LLEAP competition honors products introduced or upgraded significantly between March 1, 2013, and June 1, 2014.
