Terex Utilities Announces Key Promotions as Lohan Retires

Terex Utilities is proud to announce the promotion of two individuals within its Commercial Operations and Sales departments.

Joe Caywood has been appointed as the director of commercial operations, entrusted with overseeing marketing, product management, sales operations, technical support and warranties. With over 22 years of dedicated service at Terex, Caywood brings a wealth of experience garnered from various leadership positions held at Terex Utilities and Genie.

Jonathan Harlan assumes the role of head of global sales and support, where he will lead the sales team and provide regional product support. Having been part of the Terex family for a decade, Harlan has served across multiple capacities, including support roles for Investor-Owned Utilities and Dealers. His expertise spans technical support, warranty management, parts, and auger tooling departments.

These promotions come as Terex Utilities bids farewell to retiring executive Lohan, marking a new chapter of leadership and innovation within the company.

“These leadership changes come as Jim Lohan, VP sales and marketing, plans to retire after a decade of contributions to the utility equipment industry. Joe and Jonathan bring knowledge and skills to continue to make our customers’ experience a world class one,” said Eric Kluver, VP and general manager of Terex Utilities.
