JLG has announced a $2.5-million, 15,000-sq.-ft. expansion of its training center in McConnellsburg, Pa. The expansion has given the center a larger bay and a ground course, called the Proving Ground.
The bay area allows JLG to train several classes at the same time and can accommodate up to four large pieces of equipment, ideal for hands-on training.
The 4-acre Proving Ground behind the new center includes obstacle courses for training participants in the operation of JLG equipment. Course attendees will be assigned loads to move and obstacles to maneuver around.
