Fast-Track Fleet Maintenance: Terex Express Services Offers Quick Turnaround for Essential Repairs

Express Services, new from Terex Services, provides fleet managers access to essential scheduled maintenance with quick turnaround.

“In our effort to provide a world class customer experience, customers have an additional resource providing local and on-site inspections, preventative maintenance and minor repairs done in a matter of hours, not days,” said Nick Cammisa, senior director, services.

For things like hose replacement, annual inspections, DOT inspections, and AWP programming, Terex service technicians can help utility crews, contractors, and other fleet owners spend more time on the job, and less in the shop.

“Express Services is another way to give fleet managers more control over downtime by offering an easy way to take care basic service on days when the bucket truck, digger derrick or aerial work platform is not scheduled to be in the field,” said Cammisa.

Cammisa continued, “Express Services also includes a mobile van fleet that comes to the customer. “It’s all about convenience so that customers can get the required maintenance and inspections completed on schedule at their location or jobsite.”

Terex Services has 21 service centers and field service technicians located nationwide, which provides customers with parts, service, and the latest technical training and technology for Terex and Genie brands and other equipment.

The company says customers should call ahead to discuss the service needed with their local services teams.
