CRC/ICHC announces speakers for the Crane & Rigging Conference and Industrial Crane & Hoist Conference (CRC/ICHC) to be held in Houston, Texas, Dec. 3-4. Safety and risk managers, crane and rigging supervisors, lift directors, facilities managers and others working in crane and rigging operations are invited to attend.

Steve Fryer, manager of training, NCSG Crane and Heavy Haul, has joined the presenters at CRC Canada. He will address what he calls a "misconception in the crane industry" at this year's event, which takes place Oct. 22-23 at the Edmonton Marriott at River Cree Resort, Edmonton, Alberta.

Speakers continue to line up to present at Maximum Capacity Media’s live powered access-focused SAF-T Conference. The one-day event will take place in conjunction with the Scaffold & Access Industry Association’s Annual Convention on July 24 in Nashville, Tenn.

It’s been more than two years since the OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart CC was issued, yet many in the industry still have questions about the interpretation of the rule and the practicality of compliance with it.
