It’s been more than two years since the OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart CC was issued, yet many in the industry still have questions about the interpretation of the rule and the practicality of compliance with it.

Maximum Capacity Media surveyed the industry in early 2013, asking stakeholders to rank their most burning questions. Survey respondents said their top concerns were:
