TVH Buys C-Tech | Construction News

TVH Group (TVH) has purchased C-Tech, a leading manufacturer of high-quality electronic joystick controllers and components for the industrial equipment industry.

C-Tech will serve as a manufacturing division of TVH and will continue to focus on the quality products that it is known for in the industrial equipment industry. 

The acquisition of C-Tech, will increase TVH's manufacturing capabilities for the industrial equipment market. Pat McLaughlin, president of TVH, said, “We are excited to have the C-Tech staff join our team.  They have a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience and we look forward to the collaboration of our teams in the coming months.”

C-Tech was founded in 1999 and has become a high-quality manufacturer of electronic joystick controllers and components for industrial equipment. The company will continue to manufacture at its 18,000-sq.-ft. facility in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio.

A TVH representative said the company believes the addition of C-Tech will further the one-stop-shop experience it has provided to customers for over 45 years.
