Iowa Mold Tooling Co., Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company, has hired Holly McCoy-Nelson as its new customer support manager.
McCoy-Nelson will lead the customer service and aftermarket support teams at IMT, which manufactures service vehicles, truck-mounted cranes, hydraulic loaders, and air compressors. She brings experience in customer relationships, process improvement, leadership, and project management.
“At IMT, our focus is always on the customer,” said Tim Gerbus, IMT director of sales. “Holly’s skills and experience enhance our ability to meet customer needs. She will be a tremendous asset to the IMT team.”
Before joining IMT, McCoy-Nelson served as inside sales, customer service, and coordination manager for Graham Wood Doors, Mason City, Iowa. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Concordia University.
