Terex Adds Vice President and Managing Director of Global Sales Position

Terex Cranes, Westport, Conn., has promoted Frank Bardonaro to the newly created position of vice president and managing director of global sales. Bardonaro will assume full commercial responsibility for the company’s range of mobile cranes in partnership with local distributors and Terex sales organizations. Bardonaro will relocate to Europe in the near future where the position will be based.

Bardonaro joined the company in 2010 as vice president and managing director, Terex Cranes North America. He previously spent 25 years in the crane industry, most recently as president and CEO at one of the largest crane rental companies in North America, and as general manager for North Americas’ largest crane rental and lifting services company. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA).

Additionally, Dan Slater, who previously served as general manager of Terex Cranes North America Operations, will assume the new role of general manager of Terex Mobile Cranes North America.
