Bobcat Company, a global brand in equipment and worksite solutions, will showcase its jobsite technology and equipment at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ (AEM) Celebration of Construction on the National Mall, taking place May 14-16 in Washington, D.C.
The event, located between the American History Museum and the Smithsonian Castle, will highlight the equipment used to support this year’s theme, Build a Stronger America.

Bobcat will display several key machines at the event, including the T86 compact track loader, E40 compact excavator, PG50 portable generator and PL65 portable light tower. The company will also demonstrate its MaxControl remote operation technology and showcase its collision warning and avoidance system concept technology, which is designed to enhance operator awareness on job sites.
The T86 compact track loader offers three hydraulic flow options — standard, high and super flow — with compatibility for Bobcat’s wide range of attachments through the Bob-Tach mounting system.
The E40 compact excavator features minimal tail swing with less than two inches of overhang, a standard long arm, nearly 4,000 pounds of lifting capacity and fast cycle times.
The PG50 portable generator provides 48kVA (38 kW) power output at a quiet 64 dB(A). It includes safety features, easy-to-read gauges and convenient access doors for maintenance.
The PL65 portable light tower delivers a 119-hour runtime with a 360-degree rotating mast that extends up to 23 feet. Each light can be independently positioned, and the clamshell-style canopy ensures simple access for servicing.
The MaxControl remote operation technology allows operators to control loaders and attachments remotely via an iPhone or iOS device, improving flexibility and efficiency on job sites.
The collision warning and avoidance system is a concept technology that tracks object position, direction and speed relative to the machine, providing alerts or enabling automatic stops when an obstacle is detected.
