Dingli Unveils Upgraded "AC+" Slab Scissor Lift Series

With a focus on sustainability and performance, Dingli is launching their new AC+ series lifts, a redesign of their former slab scissor lift product line.

This new launch is accompanied by a new naming system that will help customers identify the company’s new AC+ models. For example, the JCPT1612AC has been renamed to S1612AC+.

Maximizing Height and Assurance

The "AC+" scissor series covers a working height range from approximately 26’ to 52’. The company is offering a three-year comprehensive warranty backs thi

Increased Platform Capacity

Dingli has amplified the performance of these new scissor lifts by significantly boosting the platform capacity by up to 40% compared to its predecessors.

Transport Efficiency

With the inclusion of side and rear forklift pockets, the AC+ scissor lifts offer multiple transport options, enhancing operational efficiency.

Better Battery Technology

According to Dingli, the new lifts are equipped with a lithium-ion battery that promises a long duty cycle and fast recharging. Also, the batteries come with a five-year warranty.

Tire Durability Doubled

Dingli says the tires on this upgraded series of scissor lifts are high-strength and damage-resistant, doubling the lifespan of conventional tires. The company says this will help customers mitigate frequent replacements and maintenance.

Reliability Redefined

An integrated four-in-one motor controller reduces connections and harnesses by 40%, leading to fewer points of failure. The new platform control box is not only durable but also features a touchpad with improved durability, a larger display, and an easy-to-clean surface.

The load sensing system is now more reliable, less affected by environmental factors like temperature and friction.

Eco-Friendly Advancements

Dingli has implemented a hydraulic oil leak containment feature for environments with zero leak tolerance, underlining its commitment to eco-friendliness.

The electric actuator steering system eradicates the need for hydraulic oil, operates faster, and reduces energy consumption by 66%.

According to the OEM, the gravity down energy recovery system recycles energy during platform descent, and the series features the highest efficiency in both electric drive and lift pump systems, decreasing energy consumption by 15% and 20% respectively.
