Engineered Rigging expanded its heavy lifting equipment rental fleet with the addition of the Enerpac JS250 Jack-Up System. This fully automated, multi-point synchronous lifting system is capable of lifting, holding and lowering up to 1,100 tons while optimizing safety and efficiency on job sites.
Mike Beres, vice president of Engineered Rigging, said, “Engineered Rigging continually invests in cutting-edge technology to provide our clients with the most effective and reliable solutions on the market, enabling their teams to self-perform heavy lifting operations. Adding the Enerpac JS250 Jack-Up System to our fleet has expanded the scope of projects we can support.”
Each jack-up unit in the JS250 system can lift 275 tons, beginning at a height of under 5 feet and extending to nearly 33 feet. The system features self-contained hydraulics, computer-controlled operations and mechanical lockout capabilities. The lifting process uses stacked barrels to form towers, allowing precise height adjustments and a controlled lifting speed of 13 feet per hour.
The JS250 system is designed for jobs with limited space and high safety demands. Its compact footprint, adjustable components and single-operator control enhance on-site efficiency.
Engineered Rigging’s bare rental offering is supported by its Safety & Performance Rental Guarantee. All equipment is cleaned, inspected, tested and maintained before shipment. Clients also benefit from expert technical support to ensure proper operation.
“Engineered Rigging’s bare rental program delivers peace of mind to our customers,” Beres added.
Ideal for projects including bridge construction, modular builds, machinery moves and load transfers, the JS250’s flexibility and power make it suitable for complex lifting operations.
Live demonstrations of the Enerpac JS250 will take place during Engineered Rigging’s annual Heavy Lifting Equipment Showcase, scheduled for June 10–12 in Russellville, Arkansas.
