Palazzani Industrie Launches New Spider Lift TZX 210

Palazzani Industrie has introduced the new Spider lift TZX 210, expanding its TZX range from 555 feet to 82 feet.

Designed for versatility and high performance, the TZX 210 maintains the series’ signature features, including an articulated and telescopic aluminum structure, towability, lightweight design, compactness and exceptional maneuverability.

With a maximum working height of 69.5 feet (21.2 meters) and a horizontal outreach of up to 31 feet (9.5 meters), the TZX 210 allows precise operation in complex environments.

It has an almost 441-pound (200-kilogram) basket capacity, ensuring safe transport of operators and equipment.

Its aluminum boom structure makes it lightweight at just 2.5 U.S. tons, and with optional non-marking tracks, it can operate on delicate surfaces such as indoor floors or lawns without causing damage.

Operators benefit from proportional electro-hydraulic controls on the ground and in the cage, allowing for smooth and stable machine movements.

A 360-degree turret rotation and a 55-by-27.5-inch basket with 90-degree rotation in both directions provide a wide range of motion, enabling operators to maneuver around obstacles and position themselves accurately.

The lift’s low weight and compact dimensions make it easy to transport on a trailer, ideal for those who frequently move between worksites.

The TZX 210 is designed for applications including building maintenance, restoration work, pruning, industrial installations, system installations and cleaning of vertical surfaces and glass facades.

It is available in a Bi-Energy version with a 10.6-kilowatt diesel engine and a 230-volt, 2.5-kilowatt single-phase electric motor, or an ECO version powered by lithium batteries for emission-free and low-noise operation in indoor or environmentally sensitive areas.

With the launch of the TZX 210, Palazzani Industrie reinforces its commitment to innovation in the aerial lift sector.

Replacing the TZX 225, the new model offers enhanced performance, safety and sustainability to meet the evolving demands of the market.
