The IPAF Innovate event will take place on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.

This interactive event includes workshops, presentations and networking opportunities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with each other to fuel innovative and creative ideas, and to share and find solutions in search of the industry's next breakthrough.

Workshop topics include:

• Operator training and re-training
• Hiring and developing qualified service technicians
• Completing and documenting OEM compliant inspections
• Exiting an elevated work platform
• MEWP operator rescue plans
• Preventing workers falling from MEWPs
• Recognizing and avoiding electrocution

• Understanding the need and value for operator familiarization
• Identifying features that you would change or add if you were a manufacturer of a MEWP

Attendees are expected to include representatives from manufacturers, rental companies, and contractors.
