Snorkel has launched its new global online warranty services portal.
The new online warranty services portal allows Snorkel equipment owners to manage all product warranty and warranty claim information digitally. New users can create an account to submit a claim, search and view claim history, and submit labor rate declarations.
The user-friendly online portal provides convenient 24/7 access and up-to-date product warranty information. There is no change in how claims are processed.
“We are continually looking for opportunities to improve our customer experience, and the launch of this new online warranty services portal is a fantastic development for our customers and product support team,” said Jamie Graham, Vice President of Product Support for Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel.
Graham continued, “Our customers can now take control of their warranty claim process, with the ability to submit the claim and all supporting materials online, as well as receive status updates as a claim is processed.”
The new warranty services portal is part of a customer support digitization campaign by Snorkel.
While the company still accepts scanned/mailed paper copies of warranty claim submissions, this process will be phased out over the coming months.
