Superlift Material Handling Inc. has expanded its Hercules heavy-duty electric pallet truck series to include capacities up to 35,000 pounds, offering additional options for industrial operations that handle loads beyond the capabilities of conventional pallet trucks.

Announced October 5, 2026, the expanded series includes seven capacity ratings: 8,000, 10,000, 12,000, 15,000, 20,000, 25,000, and 35,000 pounds.

The electric pallet trucks are designed for moving heavy tooling, machinery, steel products, dies, coils, large fabricated components, and other oversized or difficult-to-handle loads. Superlift offers custom configurations for applications that require specific fork dimensions, battery packages, or other engineered options.

"There is a significant gap between ordinary warehouse pallet trucks and much larger specialized transport equipment," said Gerry Erwin, president of Superlift Material Handling Inc. "Our Hercules trucks are intended to fill that gap. We start with the load and the application, then configure the capacity, forks, battery, and controls around what the customer actually has to move."

The Hercules series combines heavy-duty steel construction with electric drive, braking, and operator controls designed for continuous industrial service.

Depending on the application, available configurations include custom fork lengths and widths, power-assisted steering on selected models, application-specific battery and charging packages, and features engineered for particular load profiles or operating environments.

Superlift also designs custom pallet trucks for applications that cannot be accommodated by standard catalog models. These configurations can include nonstandard fork dimensions, specialized load interfaces, and application-specific engineering intended to improve maneuverability, safety, and productivity.

The Hercules series is intended for heavy manufacturing, steel and metal processing, automotive and aerospace production, machinery and equipment manufacturing, distribution, paper and packaging, and data center equipment movement.

The expanded lineup is available throughout North America through Superlift Material Handling and its distribution network.
