TVH announced that Giuliano Parodi will serve as the company’s new chief executive officer beginning September 1, 2026.

Parodi joins TVH after serving as group chief strategy officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Yanmar. In that position, he played a role in shaping strategy and overseeing operations outside Japan.

Earlier, Parodi served as CEO and chairman of Yanmar Compact Equipment, leading a global business with operations across Japan, Europe and North America. His industry background also includes senior leadership positions with Bobcat Company and Fiat Group.

According to TVH, Parodi brings experience in business transformation, global growth strategies and operational scaling, with an emphasis on aftermarket services and customer-focused solutions.

Parodi is a chartered engineer and holds both a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA. The company said his international background, including nearly two decades living and working in Belgium, provides both global and local perspective.

“I am very proud to join TVH at such an exciting moment in its journey. TVH has built a unique position globally, combining strong customer relationships, deep product expertise and an entrepreneurial culture. I look forward to working with the team to define the next phase of growth, with a clear focus on customers, execution and long-term value creation,” said Parodi.

Patrick Lecluyse, executive chairman of TVH, added: “We are very happy to welcome Giuliano to TVH. He is a leader who builds trust and understands our business deeply. We are confident that his experience and vision will help us grow even stronger in the years to come.”

TVH said Lecluyse will transition back to his role as chairman following a handover period with the new CEO.
