Anver Mill-Duty Vacuum Lifter Handles Metals

Anver Mill-Duty Vacuum Lifter Handles Metals

A new, heavy-duty, below-the-hook vacuum powered lifter for handling all ferrous and non-ferrous metals without the need for blocking or hooks has been introduced by Anver Corp., of Hudson, Mass. Standard features on the Anver E-Series Mill-Duty Lifter, designed for optimum safety, include a control pendant that requires two-hand operation. In case of a loss of power, the machine features a self-contained vacuum reservoir, check valves, and leakage sensor with audio-visual alarms. The lifter has an all-welded steel frame and beam with multiple silicone sealing ring vacuum pads, and a 16,000-pound capacity for handling ferrous and non-ferrous plates up to 8’x12’.

It is available with four to eight vacuum pads with double spring suspensions, depending upon the application. Options include controls that can be fully integrated with an overhead crane, custom suction pad materials and sizes, parking stands, and more.
