ASC A92 Main Committee Announces New Members | Powered Access

At the 2013 ASC A92 Aerial Platforms Main Committee meeting that was held in Las Vegas on Oct. 30, 2013 a vice chairperson was appointed and nine new members were approved for the Main Committee.  One hundred and nine attendees made up of members and guests attended four days of productive meetings.

The SAIA nominated Frank Bonesteel, motor equipment manager from New York State Department of Transportation as the ASC A92 Main Committee vice chairperson and was unanimously approved; filling the recent position vacancy of Lincoln Schoenberger.  

The ASC A92 Main Committee also approved nine new companies to assist in their consensus building efforts. Blazing Technologies Inc., Equipment Consultant Services Unlimited Inc., EZ Scaffold, Hybrid Lifts, International Powered Access Federation, Irex Contracting Group, Ives Training & Compliance Group Inc., SEA, Ltd., and Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc. will join 70 other companies in the ASC A92 scope to develop safety guidelines for the design, construction, testing, maintenance, inspection, training, use and operation of elevating and rotating aerial devices, work platforms and vertical devices primarily used to position personnel.
