CMiC, Toronto, Ontario, has unveiled the CMiC Open Enterprise v10 software for the agricultural, engineering, and construction industries. The open software solution has all critical information in one place and operates on a single, scalable database to increase productivity.
“Using the latest technological advancements in XML, CMiC Open Enterprise v10 allows organizations to increase interoperability within their own organization and interoperability with external project stakeholders,” said Bassem Hamdy, vice president, solutions, CMiC.
CMiC Open Enterprise v10 is divided into four main product groups: Financials, Project Controls, Project Management, and Experience Manager.
- CMiC Financials is the financial backbone of the software solution and encompasses general ledger, human capital management, and assets.
- CMiC Project Controls is the control center of CMiC Open Enterprise v10 and provides all the essential tools a company needs, covering cost and budget, change management, forecasting and subcontractor management.
- CMiC Project Management supports the natural workflow of a project and covers all project related communications, documents and collaboration.
- CMiC Experience Manager creates connections to outside systems and allows for a bi-directional exchange of information, and integrates a diverse set of applications, such as imaging, workflow, BIM and project dashboards.
