Crane Contacts Power Line, Snarls Traffic

Richmond, Va., May 2012—No one was injured, but traffic was backed up for hours after a late-night accident in which a construction crane hit a power line. Crews had to stop traffic for 15-minute intervals all night while trying to make repairs.
