The Crosby Group Accepts 2006 LLEAP Award

The Crosby Group, Tulsa, Okla., was recently presented the Lift and Access 2006 LLEAP award for the Crosby ELIMINATOR chain sling. The Crosby ELIMINATOR won first place in the Optional Equipment, Attachments & Accessories category.

Accepting the award is Stephan Crow, left, who is a design drafter/modeler for The Crosby Group's product engineering department and was an integral part of the design team for the ELIMINATOR chain sling. On the right is Mike Wheeler, vice president of sales and marketing.

Lift and Access is now accepting entries for the 2007 LLEAP Awards, which is designed to promote innovative products in the lifting equipment industry. Categories include aerial lifts; material handlers; cranes; optional equipment, attachments and accessories; safety features or operating systems; and a catch-all miscellaneous section, and products are scored by a group of industry expects on their leadership, innovation, influence, and benefits.

Products eligible for the 2007 LLEAP Awards have been updated for or introduced to the North American market between April 1, 2006, and March 31, 2007.
