The Crosby Group Adds "Cold Tuff" Hoist Rings to Product Line

The Crosby Group, Tulsa, Okla., has introduced the HR-1000CT “Cold Tuff" hoist rings. Like standard heavy-lift hoist rings, the HR-1000CT provides greater durability in potentially abusive environments and is suitable for use to -50°F (-45°C). The HR-1000CT features components that are produced with a maximum hardness of 34 HRc and are zinc-coated, utilizing a thermal diffusion galvanizing process for improved corrosion resistance. Additional features include all load-bearing components are heat-treated, quenched and tempered alloy steel; individually magnetic particle inspected with certification, individually proof tested to two times the working load limit, and Frame 2 and larger are RFID-equipped.
