The Crosby Group Releases Wire Rope Bundle Clips

The Crosby Group, Tulsa, Okla., has introduced a new Bundle Clip as an alternative for transporting bundles of pipe and other cylindrical items. Targeted for shore-to-ship and ship-to-shore applications, the clip’s design allows the sling’s choker hitch to maintain its position as well as the shape of the choked bundle after the load’s tension is released.

The Bundle Clip is available in two versions: the G-460 is designed for use with soft eye wire rope slings, while the G-461 is targeted for use with thimble eye wire rope slings.

Both clips are galvanized to resist corrosive and rusting action, and have rolled threads with forged bases and bundle clip adapters.

The wire rope clips meet or exceed all ASME B30.26 requirements, including manufacturing I.D. and size requirements. In addition, the clips meet material traceability.
