The Haulotte Group, L'Horme, France, launched its trailer-mounted aerial lift product line • the Haulotte DI • at The Rental Show. Last summer, Haulotte renegotiated its distribution agreement with Finnish manufacturer Dino Lift, and it is now marketing these platforms as the Haulotte DI in North America and South America, Australia, New Zealand, North Africa, China, France (including Monaco), Spain, Portugal, Italy (Vatican and San Marino), Andorra, and India.
The Haulotte DI product line features seven articulating and telescopic trailer-mounted aerials, ranging from 35- to 79-foot platform heights. According to Haulotte, these towable machines feature strong booms and articulation points, and they bend so the boom does not hang off the back of the machine. Haulotte predicts the strongest market for its trailer-mounted aerials is do-it-yourselfers, landscapers, and homeowners.
